Rachel Upton

Rachel brings with her over 17 years of experience in customer service, her top priorities being nurturing and effective communication and service.

Having looked after 3 businesses, ranging from sole trader, to working as a spa trainer with a well-known day spa – communicating with National teams, while being an advocate for her team at her “home” spa.

What excites Rachel about her role at The Skin Lab, is the opportunity to be the first point of contact for our patients. She enjoys making them feel welcomed and comfortable and finds fulfillment in contributing to their overall positive experience.

Outside of work, Rachel is a wife and mother. She loves visiting beaches and going on fishing trips. She also has a keen interest in wellness and skincare, which makes her role at our clinic even more enjoyable.

One of her notable professional achievements includes being recognised as “Employee of the year” at her spa, for always approaching her clients and colleagues with kindness and providing exceptional experiences, as soon as clients walked into the spa.

In her current role as a receptionist at our clinic, Rachel is responsible for managing appointments, assisting patients with their queries, maintaining patient records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
