Your TruSculpt® Flex session will vary from 15 to 45 minutes, depending on how many areas you would like treated.

The treatment is practically pain-free, and our clients often say they can feel a tingling, buzzing sensation followed by tensing and releasing of their targeted muscles.

During your treatment, our onsite doctors and dermal clinicians will constantly be monitoring you and the device, asking how you are feeling and whether you would like to increase or decrease the intensity. And after a quick 15-45 minute procedure, you can resume regular activity immediately, with no downtime.

There is no visible downtime after the procedure, and normal activity can be resumed immediately. After 24 hours, you may feel like you’ve done 1,000 squats or sit-ups the day before, so as per a usual intense workout, we recommend having a rest day before diving back into the gym.

To make the most out of your treatment, we would recommend drinking plenty of water, following a clean diet and having a healthy exercise regime in the 8-12 weeks following your treatment.
