We use the one and only, original Cutera Laser Genesis device, which works by applying warming laser energy to the treatment area which is directly absorbed by the dermis. This heat triggers the skin’s natural wound healing process and accelerates the production of collagen and elastin for younger looking, tighter skin. This increase in collagen production works to plump and volumise the skin, while also having a tightening effect on pores.

More importantly, this application of heat also works to reduce redness and veins as the heat causes damage to tiny unnecessary capillaries and spider nevis, which promptly collapse and are filtered out naturally by the body. Thickening of the skin due to collagen growth also means blood vessels will be less visible through the surface.

You will see visible results from your first treatment with substantial results seen over time. Treatment plans will vary from patient to patient but generally, 3-5 sessions, performed every 4 weeks is required to see optimal results.
