Dr Edwards is a highly experienced and compassionate GP with a special interest in skin cancer diagnosis, treatment, and minor procedures. With nearly a decade of clinical experience and advanced postgraduate training, she is dedicated to providing personalised, evidence-based care in a calm and approachable way.
As a Queenslander, Dr Edwards understands the toll our sun can take on the skin and is passionate about prevention, early detection, and effective management of skin conditions. She offers:
- Full-body skin checks using dermoscopy
- Diagnosis and management of acne, rosacea, and general skin concerns
- Skin excisions, advanced flaps, grafts, and minor surgical procedures
She holds a Fellowship with the RACGP and is currently completing her Master of Medicine in Skin Cancer through UQ. Dr Edwards takes a careful, thorough approach to consultations and explains her findings clearly.
