Keira is currently serving as a dedicated junior medical receptionist with three years of customer service experience. In this role, she handles a variety of administrative tasks with precision and a customer-centric approach. Within her role, Keira has mastered the art of managing patient appointments, while ensuring effective communication between clients and medical professionals. Her communication skills and keen eye for detail ensure that each patient interaction is handled with care and efficiency.

Keira is passionate about the dermal therapy and cosmetic industry and has plans to begin her study in an Undergraduate Certificate in Laser and Dermal Therapy essentials in the next month. This role allows her to pursue a career in this industry, while learning new skills relative to her studies.

Keira believes that being able to see results from regular clients is so exciting. It’s not just about observing the physical transformations, but also about experiencing the emotional impact on our clients. Seeing the satisfaction and confidence boost that clients get after a treatment is truly inspiring.
