Amybeth Williamson brings a diverse background in medical administration, government services, community support, and customer-facing roles across Queensland. With qualifications in Business Administration, Amy has developed a strong foundation in patient support, operational efficiency, and compliance within medical and government environments.
In her most recent role, Amybeth managed billing and accounts for Australian Defence Force (ADF) members and veterans in a not-for-profit dermatology clinic. Her work included coordinating clinical reports, liaising with Defence Health Centres, ensuring full compliance with Medicare and Department of Veteran Affairs requirements, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records across multiple systems. She reported directly to the Practice Manager and CEO, demonstrating her capability in handling sensitive, high-level administrative tasks.
Before this, Amybeth supported the Department of Veteran Affairs through Concentrix, streamlining high-volume claims and working closely with Services Australia to resolve cases efficiently. Her experience extends to medical collections, Defence Base Services delivery, community recovery operations, and administrative support roles within local government and private healthcare.
Amybeth is known for her excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and compassionate communication style, particularly when supporting patients and community members facing challenging situations. She also brings strong technical capability, with experience in Touchpoint, Citrix, PRODA, Genie and Eclipse. In addition, she speaks advanced Mandarin Chinese.
