With a background in a busy multidisciplinary clinic, she brings a warm, patient-focused approach, ensuring every visitor feels comfortable and supported.

She is skilled in managing appointment systems, Medicare and DVA billing, and handling sensitive medical records with discretion. Her earlier leadership roles in retail and hospitality have strengthened her communication skills and her ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Currently transitioning from chiropractic studies into nursing, Bianca is also known for hergreat sense of humour, which helps put patients at ease and creates a welcomingatmosphere at the clinic.
