Mia comes to The Skin Lab with over three years of customer-facing experience across healthcare, retail, and hospitality environments. She has worked in front desk and support roles within dental clinics, real estate environments, and high-volume service settings, where she developed strong skills in customer service, payment processing, and managing enquiries both in person and over the phone.

Mia is currently studying a Diploma of Nursing, and is enthusiastic about working in a professional setting that supports her continued development in the health and well-being field. She brings a warm, positive presence, communicates confidently with diverse people, and is known for her reliability and strong work ethic.

Mia values teamwork, is proactive in learning, and takes pride in offering a welcoming first impression and organised administrative support.
