With over 16 years of experience in healthcare administration and specialist practice management, Leah Rumble-Herriot brings a deep understanding of patient care, operational excellence, and leadership to The Skin Lab. Her career spans a diverse range of medical specialties—including plastic surgery, endocrinology, gastroenterology, orthopaedics, and psychiatry—making her a valuable asset in managing complex clinical operations and supporting high-performing medical teams.

Leah’s passion lies in delivering exceptional patient experiences through streamlined systems, clear communication, and a calm, compassionate presence. Prior to joining The Skin Lab, she held senior roles in both virtual and in-person specialist clinics across Australia, including AR Plastic Surgery and Hamilton House Day Surgery. Her extensive expertise covers surgical scheduling, quoting and billing, virtual practice management, team leadership, and client engagement.

With advanced proficiency in leading medical software platforms and a keen eye for process improvement, Leah ensures our clinical and administrative teams operate seamlessly. She’s a strong advocate for continuous learning, staff development, and patient-centred care.

At The Skin Lab, Leah plays a key role in joining our front-of-house operations, supporting our clinical team, and ensuring that every client journey is managed with warmth, efficiency, and integrity.
