PRACTICE MANAGER
Charlotte Collier-Vickers
Charlotte brings a strong blend of clinical understanding and operational expertise to her role as Practice Manager. With a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (majoring in Physiology with minors in Anatomy and Biochemistry) and a Master of Health Management from QUT, she combines deep scientific knowledge with modern healthcare leadership skills.
Charlotte’s career spans several respected medical and specialist organisations across Brisbane. Prior to her last role, she worked as a Medical Administrator and Operations Coordinator at Neurosciences Queensland, and as a Medical Receptionist at GenesisCare, gaining valuable experience in patient coordination, workflow management, and multidisciplinary team support. Earlier in her career, she contributed to research through a placement at the Genomics Research Centre within the Institute of Health and Biomedical Innovation.
With strengths in teaching, organisation, and intuitive problem-solving, Charlotte is known for creating structure, supporting teams, and fostering smooth clinical operations. She has also been active in academic and student support roles at QUT, including serving as a Peer Leader in Anatomical Science and contributing to the Biomedical Science Society committee.
Charlotte is passionate about patient-centred care, efficient practice systems, and supporting clinicians to deliver exceptional health outcomes. Her background across clinical environments, research settings, and operational leadership makes her a well-rounded and dedicated member of the team.
