For patients having a procedure at The Skin Lab, Sarah is often one of the reassuring faces they see before, during and afterwards.

Sarah has focused nursing experience in skin cancer and dermatologic surgery, with a strong background supporting excisions, biopsies, wound care and post-procedure recovery. She has also worked with photodynamic therapy, dermatologic laser and LED treatments, giving her a good understanding of the patient journey from preparation through to aftercare.

Her broader nursing background includes acute paediatric care at Queensland Children’s Hospital, community nursing and residential aged care, giving her experience caring for patients across a wide range of ages and clinical settings.

Sarah is calm, organised and practical in the treatment room. She has an easy way of communicating clearly and helping patients feel comfortable with what is happening next. She brings a steady, thoughtful presence to both patients and the wider clinical team.
