Ashleigh-Rose brings more than a decade of experience in the skincare industry to her role as Senior Dermal Clinician at The Skin Lab.Her career has included advanced skin and laser treatments, clinical leadership, training and mentoring. She was recognised as Manager of the Year at Clear Skincare Clinics in 2019, reflecting both her clinical capability and her experience supporting and developing teams.

Ashleigh has a strong interest in creating personalised treatment plans that support meaningful, progressive improvements in skin health. She looks carefully at the skin in front of her, what the patient is hoping to achieve and what can realistically be improved, then builds from there. She combines technical knowledge with careful assessment and attention to detail, taking the time to understand each patient’s concerns before recommending treatment.

Warm, professional and highly considered in her approach, Ashleigh values building long-term relationships with her patients and helping them understand how each treatment fits into the broader plan for their skin. She is equally generous with her patients and her colleagues, and brings a great deal of experience and steadiness to our senior dermal team.
